This website, samacredita.com (hereinafter "the Platform"), is operated by Ambiros Neural Factory S.A.C., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Peru, with its registered address in the city of Arequipa, Peru. Contact email: info@samacredita.com.

2. Purpose

The Platform provides the service known as SAM — Mining Accreditation System, a SaaS solution for contracting firms in the Peruvian mining sector, used to manage worker accreditation, training, medical examinations and documentation digitally.

3. Conditions of use

Accessing and using the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these legal conditions, as well as of the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service published on this same site. The user undertakes to make lawful and honest use of the Platform, in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, logos, visual design, source code, structure and software — is the exclusive property of Ambiros Neural Factory S.A.C. or its licensors. Its reproduction, distribution, modification or public communication without prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.

5. Exclusion of warranties and liability

Ambiros Neural Factory S.A.C. does not warrant the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Platform, nor that its content is free of errors. It shall under no circumstances be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, except where current Peruvian legislation does not permit such a limitation.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Platform, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Arequipa, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.

7. Amendments

Ambiros Neural Factory S.A.C. reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this same page, stating the date they were last updated.
